You should be able to contact us by 'phone and e-mail on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am to 2.30pm. It may also be possible to contact us outside these hours, but that cannot be guaranteed. We will respond to messages as soon as possible.
Please note that the branch cannot act directly on reports of cruelty or suffering; it can only pass them on to the central RSPCA organisation. It may sometimes be several days before a telephone message or e-mail is picked up. A letter may take a week or more to be processed. If you know of an animal needing any kind ot timely help, please use the 24-hour Helpline number below.
Please remember that we will do all we can, but we are a volunteer organisation and this
does impose some limitations.

Calls are usually charged as if to an 01 number, so are free if you have a calling package that includes free calls to 01/02 numbers.
